The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2800mm is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads must be supported across cavity walls of 150-165mm width. This robust lintel is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors requiring reliable, high-performance components that meet rigorous British standards. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction as it is not included with the lintel.

Application

This lintel is suited to projects involving substantial load-bearing cavity walls, such as multi-storey residential or commercial buildings. It provides essential support over openings like windows and doors, ensuring structural integrity where heavy masonry or blockwork is used. The lintel must be installed with a minimum 200mm end bearing and properly laterally restrained to achieve its full load-bearing capability.
