The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2100mm is engineered specifically for demanding construction projects requiring robust structural support. Suited for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls between 130 and 145mm, this lintel offers dependable strength and corrosion protection to ensure your build stands the test of time. Please note, this lintel does not include an integrated DPC and must be installed with a separate flexible DPC during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for heavy load-bearing cavity wall openings, particularly where enhanced structural capacity is essential such as large window or door apertures in residential or commercial projects. It supports inner leaves of 110-115mm thickness and requires proper end bearing of 200mm and lateral restraint for optimal performance. The CXL330 is also suitable for use where inner to outer leaf load ratios range between 5:1 and 19:1, making it a versatile choice for a variety of extreme load situations on site.
