The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 4950mm is engineered specifically for demanding structural projects requiring high load capacity. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with 110-125mm cavity walls and inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, this lintel offers dependable strength with a corrosion-resistant finish. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction to ensure proper damp proofing.

Application

This lintel is designed to carry extreme loads over cavity walls typically found in commercial and heavy-duty residential buildings. It is suitable for use where long-span support is needed, such as over large openings or heavy masonry loads. The lintel must be laterally restrained on site and supported with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve its specified load performance. It is a reliable choice for structural stability in cavity wall construction.
