Features perforations along the length to provide a secure plaster key for finishing.
Must have minimum 150mm (6in) bearing on each end, bedded on mortar; optional insulation available.
Lintels are supplied in 150mm increments; recommended to prop lintels during construction for safety and speed.

The Keystone BOX/K-200 is a robust box lintel specifically engineered for solid masonry walls with widths between 100mm and 215mm. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on internal openings, this lintel offers dependable standard load support, ensuring structural integrity in your build. Please note, lintels must be installed with appropriate bearing and bedding as detailed below.

Application

This lintel is designed for use above internal openings in 200mm thick solid walls, providing reliable support for wet masonry as it is being laid. Its perforated design allows plaster to key in securely, resulting in a neat, durable finish. Best practice includes a minimum bearing of 150mm on each end, bedded on mortar, with optional insulation available to meet thermal requirements. To maintain site efficiency and safety, it is recommended lintels are propped until masonry fully cures.
