The Catnic CXL290 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 3850mm is engineered for builders and contractors tackling high-load structural openings in cavity wall construction. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed on site as this is not included.

For optimal performance, the lintel must be laterally restrained with a minimum 200mm end bearing and appropriate inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1. Optional extras such as expanded metal mesh fixed to the base plate are available on request. Remember, this lintel requires a separate flexible DPC installed during construction to prevent moisture ingress.
