Supports openings at eaves level with a shortened outer flange for close soffit board installation.
Includes a thermal break plate beneath the lintel to enhance structural efficiency.
Standard duty load capacity, suitable for typical residential and commercial cavity wall applications.
Note: Brickwork must not be built onto the outer flange of this eaves lintel.

The Keystone EL/K-90 Cavity Wall Eaves Lintel at 600mm length is engineered specifically for builders and contractors working with cavity walls between 90 and 125mm wide. Offering reliable support over openings at eaves level, this lintel incorporates a thermal break plate to improve structural performance and energy efficiency on site. Please note that brickwork cannot be constructed on the lintel’s outer flange, which is designed shorter to allow soffit boards to fit neatly against window frames.

Application

Ideal for use in cavity wall construction where openings occur at the eaves, such as above windows or doors, this lintel ensures structural integrity while accommodating close-fitting soffits.
