It is specifically designed for cavity walls with a 90-105mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. This lintel offers peace of mind for builders and contractors handling heavy structural loads.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where extreme load-bearing capacity is required. It suits both residential and commercial developments where robust support across openings such as doors and windows is critical. The lintel must be laterally restrained on site and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to meet load specifications. A separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be incorporated during installation to prevent moisture penetration.
