Catnic CXL265 extreme load cavity wall lintel, 5700mm (18ft 8in) length for robust structural support.
Designed for cavity widths of 70-85mm and inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm.
Constructed from Grade S275 structural steel with a post-manufacture hot-dip galvanised finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Suitable for demanding projects requiring heavy load-bearing lintels with lateral restraint and 200mm end bearing.
A separate flexible DPC must be installed during build; lintel supplied without DPC.

Details

The Catnic CXL265 is a specialist extreme load cavity wall lintel, tailored for builders and contractors working on heavy-duty structural projects. Measuring 5700mm in length, it is engineered to support cavity walls with 70-85mm cavity width and 110-115mm inner leaf thickness. Please note, a separate flexible DPC is required during installation and is not included with the lintel.

This lintel is ideal for large-scale commercial or residential developments where heavy structural loads are expected above openings. It provides reliable support across cavities, ensuring stability in walls with inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm. The lintel must be laterally restrained with 200mm end bearings on each side to achieve specified load capacities, making it perfect for serious projects demanding extreme load performance.
