The Catnic CXL265 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for builders and contractors handling heavy structural demands. Lintels are supplied in 50mm length increments up to 6600mm. To meet the specified load ratings, lintels must be laterally restrained with a minimum of 200mm bearing at each end and support inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1. An optional expanded metal mesh can be fixed to the base plate for additional reinforcement if required.
