Details

The Keystone S/K-130 WIL Standard Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 2550mm is engineered to provide dependable structural support for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. Tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers, this lintel ensures stability over openings where cavity widths range between 130 and 145mm. Please note that inner leaf blockwork should not extend more than 25mm beyond the lintel flange for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for standard load-bearing applications in cavity wall construction, specifically accommodating inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm thick. It is commonly used above window and door openings to transfer loads safely across the cavity wall. To maintain structural integrity and support the lintel during installation, propping is recommended, which also helps speed up the build process on site.
