The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 5400mm is engineered for builders and contractors who require reliable, heavy-duty support in cavity wall applications. Its robust construction makes it well-suited to projects demanding high load capacities within specified cavity and inner leaf dimensions. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction as this is not included.

Application

This lintel is designed to bear extreme loads across cavity walls with a 50-65mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm. It is ideal for structural openings in residential and commercial builds where enhanced strength and durability are essential. Typical uses include supporting brickwork or blockwork above doors, windows, and other openings on heavy-duty projects.
