The Catnic Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel CH50/100 measuring 2100mm is engineered for builders and contractors requiring reliable, high-performance lintels for cavity wall construction. Ideal for serious projects, it combines structural strength with features that improve thermal efficiency and ease of installation. Please note this product is supplied as lintels only.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity walls with inner leaf thicknesses between 100 and 115mm, cavity widths from 50 to 65mm, and outer leafs between 100 and 105mm, this lintel supports heavy loads while minimising cold bridging. The built-in damp proof course (DPC) protects the cavity from moisture ingress and the plaster key with staggered slots ensures a secure plaster finish, making it an excellent choice for both new builds and refurbishment projects.
