The Catnic CXL290 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 6150mm is a specialist structural component engineered for demanding building projects. Suited for builders, site managers, and contractors working with cavity walls between 90-105mm and inner leaves of 110-115mm, it offers dependable strength and long-term corrosion resistance. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) is required to be installed during construction.

Lengths are available in 50mm increments up to 6600mm for tailored sizing. Optional expanded metal mesh can be supplied secured to the base plate for additional support. To maintain the specified load capacity, lintels must be laterally restrained with minimum 200mm end bearing supports and an inner to outer load ratio between 5:1 and 19:1.
