Application

This lintel is primarily used in cavity wall builds with inner leaf thicknesses between 100 and 115mm, cavity widths of 70 to 85mm, and outer leaves from 100 to 105mm. Its internal insulation reduces thermal bridging, helping meet building regulations on energy efficiency. The integrated damp proof course (DPC) protects the cavity from moisture ingress, while the built-in plaster key ensures a secure base for plaster or render finishes. It’s ideal for new builds and refurbishment projects where reliable lintel performance and thermal standards are required.
