Details

The Catnic CXL310 is a specialist extreme load cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and site managers requiring dependable support in demanding structural applications. Measuring 5000mm in length, this lintel is suitable for cavity widths of 110-125mm and inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm. Please note a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction to ensure proper moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is purpose-built to carry heavy loads above openings in cavity walls, commonly used in commercial and residential developments where structural integrity is critical. It performs best when laterally restrained and supported with minimum 200mm end bearings. The lintel accommodates inner to outer leaf load ratios from 5:1 up to 19:1, making it ideal for serious projects demanding robust performance.
