The Catnic CG110/125 1500mm lintel is a standard duty steel lintel designed for use in cavity wall construction, providing essential support for openings where inner leaf thickness ranges from 125 to 140mm and cavity widths between 110 and 125mm. Its integrated features make it a practical and reliable choice for contractors and site managers aiming for efficient, durable builds. Application

This lintel is purpose-built for internal insulation applications, optimising thermal efficiency by minimising cold bridging across structural openings. The built-in damp proof course (DPC) simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate DPC layers and protects the cavity from moisture ingress. The integrated plaster key, formed by staggered slots on the perforated steel baseplate, ensures a strong bond with plaster finishes, saving time on site and improving finish quality.
