Details

The QIC YA20 Ceiling Trim is a specialist aluminium profile designed for tradespeople and site managers working on suspended ceiling and dry lining projects. Supplied in a standard white RAL 9010 powder coat, this 3000mm long trim ensures neat, precise junctions between ceiling tiles and plasterboard surfaces. Please note, trims are supplied in white as standard; other finishes can be requested but may affect pricing.

Application

This trim is ideal for creating clean junction details between mineral fibre, glass reinforced gypsum (GRG), or full module metal suspended ceilings and adjacent plasterboard areas. Its shadowgap design can be factory slotted to provide air vents if required, offering flexibility for ventilation needs. The trim is suitable for conventional drywall, partition, or ceiling systems incorporating single or multiple plasterboard layers. It must always be fixed to structural members and backed by plasterboard to maintain system integrity.
