The QIC SKR100 drylining trim is a specialist aluminium profile designed for creating neat recessed skirting features in partitions and dry lined walls. Application

SKR trims are engineered to be fixed by adhesive at their base, eliminating the need for visible fixings and ensuring a smooth finish. They are commonly used in commercial and residential dry lining installations to create recessed skirting details that blend seamlessly with plastered surfaces. The trims can be factory curved to accommodate both concave and convex wall shapes, providing flexibility on site.

Type

Metal drylining trim for recessed skirting

The QIC SKR100 includes pre-punched diagonal fixing slots and holes in the plastering fin for drywall screw attachment, supporting secure installation. For bespoke projects, trims can be ordered with custom dimensions between 3mm and 100mm. Unpainted trims are also available if on-site painting is preferred; however, please consult your paint supplier regarding suitable primers. Condell Building Supplies cannot accept responsibility for finishes applied on unpainted trims.
