Finished in durable white polyester powder coat (RAL 9010), offering a neat, consistent appearance on site.
Designed for creating horizontal and vertical reveals around ceilings, door frames, windows and skirting boards.
Extruded from architectural grade aluminium alloy to BS 1474, pre-punched for easy fixing with drywall screws.

Details

The QIC R6 Drylining Trim in white (RAL 9010) is a specialist aluminium profile designed for use by builders, contractors and site managers working with plasterboard systems. Supplied in 3000mm lengths, this trim delivers clean, crisp reveals at junctions such as ceilings, door frames and window openings, helping to achieve a professional finish on any dry lining project. Application

This R6 trim is ideal for forming horizontal or vertical reveal details where plasterboard meets architectural features like suspended ceilings, skirting, doors and windows. It supports both metal stud and timber frameworks, provided structural spacing requirements are met. The trim can be factory curved to accommodate gentle bends, enhancing design flexibility on site. It is essential that trims are fixed onto plasterboard and never directly to structural framing, ensuring a clean, durable edge finish.

This trim is engineered to complement multi-layer plasterboard systems but is not intended to provide structural support. Always ensure appropriate framing and plasterboard backing for optimal results.
