Details

The QIC R30 Drylining Trim is a specialist aluminium profile designed for trade professionals working on drywall, partition, and ceiling systems. Supplied in a 3000mm length with a white RAL 9010 powder-coated finish, this trim provides a clean, sharp reveal detail where plasterboard meets architectural features such as suspended ceilings, door and window frames, and skirtings. Please note, the trim is supplied in standard white; alternative finishes are available on request.

Application

This trim is engineered to create neat horizontal or vertical reveal edges within drylining installations. It is compatible with frameworks constructed from metal studs, timber, or other suitable materials, provided structural spacing guidelines are followed (vertical studs not exceeding 600mm centres). The QIC R30 trim supports single or multiple plasterboard layers and is ideal for enhancing the aesthetic finish of drywall systems without contributing to structural strength. It can be factory-curved to suit specific on-plan or sectional bends, subject to bending limitations.
