Details

The QIC GL6 dry lining trim, finished in white RAL9010, is a specialist aluminium profile designed to provide neat, precise edge details for plasterboard walls and ceilings. Perfect for builders, contractors, and site managers working on drywall and partition projects, this trim offers reliability and ease of installation on serious builds. Please note the product is supplied in white as standard; alternative finishes can be ordered separately.

Application

Designed primarily for use with conventional dry wall and partition systems, the GL6 trim creates clean end caps for plasterboard panels. It can be applied with single or multiple plasterboard layers, supported by metal stud or timber frameworks spaced appropriately. This trim enhances the appearance of joints and corners but is not intended to provide structural support. Always ensure trims are fixed over plasterboard, not directly to structural framing, to maintain system integrity.
