QIC E19-FLEXI drylining trim, 3000mm (118in) length, finished in white RAL 9010.
Designed for creating smooth horizontal or vertical curves on plasterboard edges in wall and ceiling installations.
Manufactured from architectural grade aluminium alloy (BS 1474) with pre-punched fixing holes for easy drywall screw installation.
Flexible to curve on site to concave or convex radii as tight as 200mm, suitable for complex dry lining designs.

Details

The QIC E19-FLEXI Drylining Trim is a professional-grade aluminium profile designed specifically for curved dry lining applications in both walls and ceilings. Tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers requiring precise, reliable trims, this product ensures smooth, clean edges on plasterboard surfaces where curved features are needed. Supplied in 3000mm lengths with a white RAL 9010 polyester powder coating, it offers a durable, visually consistent finish. Please note, trims are delivered in straight lengths and must be curved on site to the required radius.

Application

This trim is ideal for forming horizontal or vertical curves on plasterboard edges within conventional dry lining systems, including partitions and ceilings. It supports single or multiple plasterboard layers and can be fixed to metal studs, timber, or suitable structural frameworks, ensuring flexibility in design without compromising finish quality. It is important to back the trim with plasterboard and not to fix it directly to framing. Additional layers of plasterboard may be necessary for enhanced rigidity or specific design requirements.
