Details

The QIC AG10 ceiling trim is a specialist aluminium profile designed for contractors and site managers requiring a crisp, professional finish where suspended ceiling tiles meet walls or partitions. Finished in white RAL 9010, this trim is an excellent choice for projects demanding reliability and clean aesthetics. Please note, trims are supplied in standard lengths and any additional finishes or curving must be ordered separately.

Application

Ideal for suspended ceiling systems incorporating mineral fibre, metal, g.r.g., plasterboard, or rigidised mineral wool tiles, the AG10 trim provides structural support for ceiling infill edges. It creates neat perimeter lines around walls, partitions, or upstands and can be factory curved to accommodate concave or convex surfaces. While the trim supports the ceiling tiles, any extra loads such as lighting or HVAC units require independent fixing. For improved finish and sound insulation, a silicone mastic bead can be applied between the trim and wall. Always ensure trims are backed with wall boarding and not fixed directly to structural framing.
