Details

The QIC AG08 Ceiling Trim in RAL 9010 white is a specialist perimeter trim designed for suspended ceiling installations. Perfect for builders, contractors, and site managers who require a crisp, durable edge detail where ceiling tiles meet walls or partitions. This trim comes in standard 3000mm lengths and is supplied with a white polyester powder coating for a neat finish. Please note, all trims are supplied in white as standard; alternative finishes are available on request.

Application

Designed specifically for use with suspended ceiling systems, the QIC AG08 trim is compatible with mineral fibre, metal, g.r.g., plasterboard, or rigidised mineral wool ceiling tiles. It creates a clean, structural perimeter detail that can be curved to fit concave or convex walls and formed into column rings, ensuring flexibility for complex site requirements. These trims support the weight of ceiling tiles but are not intended to bear additional loads such as lighting or HVAC units, which should be independently supported. For improved aesthetics and sound insulation, a bead of silicone mastic can be applied between the trim and the wall.
