QIC AG02 Ceiling Trim in White (RAL 9010), measuring 3000mm (118in) length for precise ceiling finishes.
Extruded from architectural grade aluminium alloy to BS 1474 for strength and durability.
Designed for use with metal, mineral fibre, GRG plasterboard, or rigidised mineral wool ceiling tiles.
Factory powder coated white with 20% gloss for a clean, professional finish, or supplied with chromate etch primer ready for on-site painting.
Trims can be factory curved or formed into column rings; accessories like wedgelock cleats sold separately.

Details

The QIC AG02 Ceiling Trim is a specialist aluminium profile designed for contractors, site managers, and builders who demand precise and reliable perimeter detailing in suspended ceiling installations. Finished in RAL 9010 white as standard, this 3000mm length trim offers a crisp edge where ceiling tiles meet walls or partitions. Please note, trims are supplied as standard in white; alternative finishes are available on request.

Application

This trim is tailored for suspended ceiling systems using metal, mineral fibre, GRG plasterboard, or rigidised mineral wool infill tiles. It provides a neat, structural perimeter edge detail and is commonly used where ceilings meet walls, partitions, or upstands. The AG02 profile can be factory curved to fit both concave and convex surfaces and can be formed into column rings for bespoke architectural features. It is important to back the trim with wall boarding and avoid direct fixing to building framing. For enhanced finish and sound insulation, a bead of silicone mastic can be applied between the trim and wall.
