Delivery method

All deliveries are made kerbside as standard. For health and safety reasons, drivers are unable to carry materials beyond the kerb. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

• All deliveries must be signed for; redelivery charges may apply

• Collected orders are not subject to delivery charges
• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (delivery charges excluded)
• Made-to-measure items are non-refundable
