The Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL 750mm lintel is engineered for builders and contractors needing robust, extra heavy duty support over wide outer leaf cavity wall openings. Ideal for cavity widths between 90 and 105mm, this lintel reliably carries heavy structural loads in demanding build conditions. Please note that all lengths are manufactured in 150mm increments and assistance from our sales team is available to ensure the correct product choice.

Application

This lintel is primarily used in cavity wall construction with a wide outer leaf, typically 125 to 150mm thick blockwork. It’s designed to support heavy loads above openings such as doors, windows, and structural voids where extra strength is critical. Builders should place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to guarantee even load distribution. Temporary propping of the lintel is recommended to speed up construction and maintain structural integrity during installation.
