The Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL 600mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and site managers handling structural openings in cavity walls with a width of 90-105mm. Its robust design supports wide outer leaf blockwork between 125-150mm, making it a reliable choice for demanding projects where load capacity and stability are critical. Please note, lintels are supplied in increments of 150mm and can be propped on site to speed up construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use above openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where the outer leaf is wider than standard. It supports the masonry by transferring heavy structural loads safely across the cavity, ensuring the integrity of the build. Builders can install blockwork tightly against the lintel’s inner face and apply a mortar bed on top before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
