The Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL 2100mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide outer leaf masonry openings. It’s tailored for builders, contractors and site managers working with cavity widths of 90-105mm and outer leaf blockwork up to 150mm thick. This lintel provides reliable, robust support for structural openings in both new builds and refurbishment projects. Please note, lintels are manufactured in 150mm increments, and images are for illustration only.

Application

Ideal for supporting large window and door openings within cavity walls featuring wide outer leaf blockwork. This lintel is particularly suited to situations where extra heavy load-bearing capacity is required, such as multi-storey builds or where structural stability is critical. The blockwork must be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with a mortar bed placed on top before installing floor units to ensure even load distribution. Provision to prop lintels during construction helps maintain build speed and accuracy.
