The Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL 1950mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders and contractors needing reliable support for wide outer leaf blockwork openings. Engineered to accommodate cavity widths from 90 to 105mm, this lintel offers robust performance on serious structural projects. Please note that blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel for optimal stability.

Application

Ideal for cavity wall constructions where the outer leaf measures between 125 and 150mm wide, the Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL lintel provides essential load-bearing support over openings such as doors and windows. It’s commonly used on projects requiring extra heavy duty lintels to carry significant structural loads safely. To ensure even load distribution, a mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. For faster construction progress, lintels can be temporarily propped on site.
