It is specifically designed for cavity widths between 90 and 105mm, supporting wide outer leaf blockwork of 125-150mm thickness. Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings in cavity walls where the outer leaf is wider than standard, such as in commercial buildings or substantial residential developments. It supports blockwork built tight against its inner face, ensuring a solid structural interface. To ensure even load distribution, place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up construction while maintaining safety and alignment.
