The Keystone XHD/K-90 WOL 1200mm lintel is an extra heavy duty solution engineered for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. Ideal for builders and site managers handling substantial structural loads, this lintel reliably supports openings where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. Please note, blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity wall construction with outer leaf blockwork between 125mm and 150mm thick. It’s perfect for supporting large window or door openings in residential and commercial builds where heavy duty load-bearing is essential. The lintel should be installed with a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to guarantee even load distribution. Propping the lintel during construction is recommended to maintain site efficiency and safety.
