The Keystone XHD/K-90 WIL 1950mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically engineered for builders and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity walls. Offering robust support for openings where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm, this lintel is a dependable choice for structural integrity on serious projects. Please note lintels are supplied in 150mm length increments, and images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall constructions featuring wide inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm thick. It provides strong load-bearing support over window and door openings where extra heavy duty strength is required. Proper installation includes building blockwork tight against the inner face of the lintel and placing a mortar bed on top of the blocks before laying floor units, ensuring even load distribution. Temporary propping of the lintel during installation is advisable to facilitate faster and safer construction.
