The Keystone XHD/K-90 WIL 1050mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to provide reliable support for openings where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. It is specifically designed for use with 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork, making it a dependable choice for contractors and site managers tackling demanding structural projects. Please note, blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel to ensure optimum performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls requiring robust load-bearing capacity, commonly installed above window and door openings in masonry construction. The product supports heavy structural loads and is suited to projects where durability and safety are paramount. To ensure even load distribution, apply a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. Using temporary props during installation can also accelerate build times without compromising stability.
