The Keystone XHD/K-90 1800mm extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel is engineered for trade professionals who need dependable support across large structural openings. Suited to cavity walls with widths between 90mm and 105mm, this lintel delivers the strength and reliability required on demanding building sites. Please note that blockwork must be built tight to the lintel's inner face to ensure correct load transfer.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use above openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is critical. It is commonly used in residential and commercial developments, supporting masonry and blockwork with a mortar bed applied on top to evenly distribute the load before floor units are installed. To maintain construction pace, lintels can be temporarily propped during setting.
