The Keystone XHD/K-90 1200mm cavity wall lintel is engineered for builders and contractors requiring robust support for openings in cavity walls with widths between 90mm and 105mm. Its extra heavy duty rating ensures dependable load-bearing capacity on demanding structural projects. Please note that this lintel is supplied in manufactured lengths with 150mm increments.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity wall construction, this lintel supports structural openings such as doors and windows where extra heavy duty load resistance is essential. It's ideal for projects involving blockwork built tightly against the lintel's inner face, providing a strong, stable bearing point. For optimal load distribution, a mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. Propping is recommended during installation to maintain speed and safety on site.
