The Keystone XHD/K-70 WIL 1200mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to provide robust support for structural openings where cavity widths range between 70 and 85mm. This lintel is specifically designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working with wider inner leaf blockwork, offering reliable strength and durability for serious projects. Please note, blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel to ensure optimal performance.

Application

Ideal for cavity walls with wide inner leaves measuring 125-150mm, this lintel effectively carries heavy loads over doorways, windows, and other openings. It is commonly used in residential and commercial building projects where extra heavy duty support is required. To guarantee even load distribution, a mortar bed should be placed atop the blockwork before floor units are installed. The lintel can also be temporarily propped to accelerate construction without compromising safety.
