Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity wall construction where an extra heavy duty load-bearing solution is required. It supports blockwork tightly against its inner face and is commonly used over large or heavily loaded openings in residential and commercial masonry. The lintel works best when a mortar bed is applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units, ensuring an even spread of structural loads.
