Details

The Keystone XHD/K-110 1350mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors tackling demanding structural openings. Designed to fit cavity widths between 110 and 125mm, it provides robust support where reliability and load-bearing capacity are critical. Please note, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting large openings in cavity walls, such as doorways and windows, where heavy loads must be safely transferred across the span. It is commonly used on sites requiring high structural integrity, including commercial and residential developments. To ensure even load distribution, apply a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up construction safely.
