The Keystone XHD/K-110 1050mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for professional builders, site managers, and contractors handling large openings in cavity walls. It supports cavity widths from 110 to 125mm, making it a dependable choice for structurally demanding projects where reliability and load capacity are crucial. Please note, lintels are manufactured in 150mm length increments and should be selected accordingly.

Application

Ideal for supporting brick and block cavity walls, this lintel carries heavy loads over doorways, windows, and other openings. It is particularly suitable on sites requiring robust structural support, such as commercial developments or multi-storey builds. To achieve optimal load distribution, blockwork should be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units. Temporary propping of lintels can speed up construction without compromising safety.
