The Keystone XCFS/K-90 WOL is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders and contractors who require robust support for openings in cavity walls. Its 2400mm length and compatibility with wide outer leaf blockwork make it a dependable choice for demanding structural applications. Please note the outer leaf block must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper installation.

Application

This lintel is specifically engineered for cavity wall construction with cavity widths between 90mm and 105mm, supporting outer leaf blockwork thicknesses of 125mm to 150mm. It is ideal for use above large openings such as windows and doors where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is required. To maintain structural integrity and speed up build time, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation and to place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units for even load distribution.
