The Keystone XCFS/K-90 WOL is a robust extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, ideal for builders and contractors working with wide outer leaf blockwork on serious structural projects. Its design supports cavity widths from 90 to 105mm, making it a dependable choice for openings requiring strong load-bearing capacity. Please note, images are for illustration only and careful installation guidelines must be followed.

Application

This lintel is specifically engineered to support openings in cavity walls where the outer leaf blockwork is between 125 and 150mm wide. It is perfect for use above doors, windows, and other structural openings in residential or commercial masonry construction. To maintain structural integrity and speed up site work, it is recommended to prop the lintel during construction. The outer leaf blockwork should be laid tight against the outer face of the lintel, with no more than a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.
