Extra heavy duty load capacity ensures reliable structural support for large openings.
Recommended use with propping to speed up construction and ensure safety.
Outer leaf blockwork should not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm (1in); mortar bed required for even load distribution.

Perfect for builders, contractors, and site managers tackling serious projects requiring dependable structural support, this lintel accommodates cavity widths of 90-105mm and outer leaf blocks from 125-150mm wide. Please note, installation guidelines must be followed carefully to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is engineered to support large openings in cavity walls where the outer leaf blockwork measures between 125mm and 150mm wide. It is ideal for use in residential and commercial builds requiring extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity. To facilitate safe and efficient construction, propping during installation is recommended. The outer leaf blockwork must be built tight against the lintel’s outer face, without exceeding a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
