The Keystone XCFS/K-90 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 3150mm length is engineered for builders and contractors requiring dependable support over wide cavity wall openings. Designed specifically for cavity widths between 90 and 105mm and inner leaf blockwork thickness from 125 to 150mm, this lintel ensures structural integrity on demanding builds. Please note, inner leaf block should not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange to maintain proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall constructions where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is essential. It supports wide inner leaf blockwork typically found in commercial and residential developments, suitable for spanning wider openings such as large windows or doors. To ensure safety and construction efficiency, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid to ensure even load transfer.
