Details

The Keystone XCFS/K-90 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders, contractors and site managers working on substantial structural openings. Measuring 2250mm in length, it provides robust support for wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity walls with widths between 90 and 105mm. Please note that this lintel is supplied without bricks or blocks.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork measures between 125 and 150mm wide. It is specifically engineered to carry heavy loads across openings such as doors and large windows in both residential and commercial builds. To ensure optimal performance and construction speed, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation and that blockwork is built tightly against the lintel’s inner face. Additionally, a mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to achieve even load distribution.
