Its robust design suits serious projects where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm, with inner leaf blockwork thickness from 125 to 150mm. Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with wider inner leaves. It carries extra heavy loads, making it suitable for commercial and residential developments where structural integrity is critical. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to aid construction speed and ensure correct load distribution. Blockwork should be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units to evenly distribute weight.
