Recommended temporary propping to speed up construction and maintain stability.

The Keystone XCFS/K-90 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 1050mm, engineered to support wide inner leaf blockwork in serious building projects. Ideal for builders and site managers working with 90-105mm cavity widths, this lintel offers dependable structural strength where it matters most. Please note, inner leaf blockwork and mortar are required separately to complete the installation.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity wall construction with wide inner leaf blocks (125-150mm), this lintel supports openings such as windows and doors. It is suitable for use in load-bearing roles on commercial and residential sites, where extra heavy duty performance is essential. Builders should place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
