Please note that all mortar joints must be fully filled during installation to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support heavy loads above cavity walls with a cavity width of 90-105mm. It is commonly used in residential and commercial construction to span openings while maintaining the integrity of the wall structure. To achieve even load distribution, a mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. For safe and efficient installation, propping the lintel is advised until the mortar has fully set.
