Details

The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WOL 600mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for openings requiring strong support in cavity walls with a 70-85mm cavity and wide outer leaf blockwork. This lintel is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors working on substantial structural projects where reliability and load-bearing capacity are critical. Please note the outer leaf blocks are sold separately and must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity walls featuring an outer leaf block width between 125 and 150mm, this lintel supports openings such as windows and doors with heavy structural demands. It is recommended to prop the lintel during installation to speed up construction and ensure stability. Blockwork should be built tight against the outer face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
