Details

The Keystone XCFS/K-70 WOL 3300mm lintel is engineered specifically for cavity walls with wide outer leaf blockwork, offering extra heavy duty load support for serious structural openings. Ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors requiring dependable lintels capable of spanning large openings while accommodating cavity widths between 70 and 85mm. Please note that outer leaf blocks should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure correct load transfer.

Application

This lintel is designed for use in cavity wall construction where the outer leaf blockwork ranges from 125 to 150mm in width. It provides strong, reliable support over doors, windows, and other openings on residential or commercial builds. To maintain structural integrity and facilitate faster build times, it is advised to prop lintels during installation. Mortar beds should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load across the lintel.
